Meet the Misogyny Sandwich That Gives Men a Bad Name

Meet the Misogyny Sandwich That Gives Men a Bad Name Seeing an ad for something like "Girlfriend Activation System" really got my girlfriend and I's attention this morning. It was with this crazy advertisement she clicked on, that we both discovered the king of misogyny and entitlement, Christian Hudson. In his so called "Activation System" video series on youtube, he essentially guarantees young men the simplest ways to turn a "cold girl" into a "loving girlfriend". Isn't that convenient? He's discovered a way to fix women. In horror, we immediately decided to visit his website, GirlfriendActivationSystem.com. As one could guess, you are immediately greeted by a 30 minute video recanting the heartbreaking tale of a man whose use of money, cars, and good looks were apparently not enough to garner him a good relationship or time in the bedroom. As the video is, in turn, too despicable to watch all the way through, we skipped to the meat and potatoes. The so called "steps" to take to "be sure if a woman will be DTF on the first date," like "inviting her in, making sure you're not wearing shoes, and holding a glass of wine". Oh, so basically, pretending to be something your not, something you believe women are looking for. His system is built around a destructive perception founded on misogynistic values that further perpetuate the entitlement of men in our patriarchal society as it stands.

In this video, he also further goes on to explain how he uses his explicit "text messaging" system to obtain his friend's girlfriend, only to dump her within weeks because she was "too clingy and needy". So he expects his buyers to feel sorry for him, even though this guy is clearly throwing away women. Most men who don't live in reality might, but the truth is I'd like to believe that there are men out there that are better than this. This man should not be representing men in any fashion. Every man who is in a successful relationship will probably tell you that it was honesty, trust, and a spiritual connection that adds value to their relationship. The system that Mr. Hudson is trying to market to the masses is seriously dangerous and is not considerate to the safety of women. This video series tells men that women are objects and possessions to be "won," or "changed" into their "dream girl," when in reality, there is no such thing. He also speaks about a "hardwiring" in female DNA. How is lying to a woman "knowing her hardwiring?" This man is still only valuing shallow ideas of beauty, selling other gullible young men an idea that will leave them feeling entitled to what they believe is a "10."

Then, at the end of all of this mess, he tells you that the video is being removed soon. That this is a limited time offer. The video offers a deal initially of $67, which he also claims was originally valued at $197, for his "secrets" on how to "activate a girlfriend." Are customers satisfied? Well i'm not sure. Did they actually gather a relationship by lying and pretending to be some guy that they're not because Mr. Hudson told them to? Did the relationship pan out, or did that shallow facade fall through when the girl learned that she had been lied to in hopes of sexual favors and false romance at best. This system will not leave anyone with truly happy results, because true love is not built on personas and money. I'm afraid I feel the most sorry for whomever is married to this man. It's simple for him to claim he found love through it, because at least he had a cushy rich life to fall back on. There are plenty of rich men who still get the girl in the end, it's not surprising. What about the customers that are not so wealthy? Will this system truly ensure them love? I think not. Besides, he claims he's had 9 girlfriends through the duration of this system. That doesn't sound hella successful to me.

To all my young men on the fence. Yes, you have had your hearts broken by us. Yes we have turned you down and "friend-zoned" you. Sometimes we've been unsure of our feelings. That does not make us evil or worthy of objectification! If you really want to find true love, there are so many women that yearn for it as well. However these women are seeking men who will value them for what they are, weather it's crazy, beautiful or something in between. Instead of "chasing" women, why not just be yourself, and let the right one find you. If you have to "chase her, she probably wasn't right to begin with. Any girl you have to convince to love you is not the girl for you. The love of your life will not take convincing. You do not need to spend money on this series. I have faith in you.
